Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are recruiting exclusively for a brilliant client based in Basildon, who are seeking an Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team.
Full training will be provided however you will need a hardworking and mature approach to work and the desire to build your career in Finance. A minimum of 1 year's experience within an Accounts role is required and the desire to complete your AAT's or being part-AAT qualified would be an advantage.
Duties will include:
- Matching and coding invoices
- Preparing and running BACS payments
- Reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Working as part of the finance team to ensure the smooth running of the department
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with an early Friday finish
Fully office based position, with free parking on-site
Starting salary of 22k-24k DOE with a view to increase following a successful probation
