Our client is a rapidly expanding and successful motor dealership group, operating across London and the Home Counties with 58 showrooms, across 12 brands, having a turnover in excess of £500M and over 800 staff, they now seek a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a very busy finance team in their Head Office. Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
- Batching, coding and inputting a high volume of purchase invoices
- Troubleshooting, investigating, understanding & correcting miss-postings
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc projects and processes
- Proactively ensures that duplicate payments are minimised
- Assists in processing credit notes and invoices received
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Produce remittance advices
- Assist in processes expense claims
- Dealing with supplier queries
Experience Required
- Part Qualified AAT
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent numerical, communications and writing skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
