An expanding business on the outskirts of Ipswich is looking for a Purchase Ledger to ensure that the core day to day Purchase Ledger transactions of the business is processed on a timely and accurate basis.
This successful candidate will need to have Purchase Ledger experience and be able to work within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and Coding invoices onto the finance system.
- Dealing with internal purchase invoice queries.
- Processing and management of Purchase orders.
- Maintain Supplier accounts and ensure records and credit terms are correct.
- Produce Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
- Production of weekly / monthly supplier payment runs.
- Ensuring invoices are paid in accordance with supplier terms.
- Daily receipt and payment processing.
- Production of Monthly Aged Payables report.
- Monthly review meetings with Financial Controller.
