Leading and innovative stockist and fabricator of concrete reinforcement products based in central Richmond, requires an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk 4 days per week on a Temp to Perm basis - Salary £40k pro rata + pension, 21 days holiday pro rata + bank holidays
The position of Purchase Ledger Clerk is an Immediate Start - will temp initially for 3 months, Monday to Wednesdays are essential days but the 4th day can be flexible, working hours 8.30-5pm - working alongside the FD and Accountant
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
- Keeping the Purchase Ledger up to date
- Making payments via bax and also direct payment
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal and nominal postings
- Cash Allocation
- Supplier reconciliation
- Invoicing
- Dealing with emails and taking calls to deal with any issues
Experience required to fill this position of Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- You must have in-depth experience of Purchase Ledger
- Have excellent communication skills
- Able to respond to emails in a professional way
