Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a well-established business in Central Reigate, who are looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for a range of Purchase Ledger and finance administration duties.
Responsibilities may include:
- Processing invoices on a daily basis, inputting, coding etc.
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintaining supplier relationships, dealing with queries.
- Processing expenses
- Preparing monthly and ad hoc payment runs
- Bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc support to the wider finance team
Essential for this role:
- Immediately available or available on short notice to start an ongoing temporary position.
- Experience using Sage or similar ERP accounting systems
- Ability to commute to offices on a full-time basis.
