Role responsibilities/ information
- Processing various types of supplier invoices, including those related to goods received, third-party servicing, meterage, car costs/fuel, legal, and professional services, and utilities.
- Conducting thorough reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Efficiently resolving queries related to invoices and payments.
- Ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Generating accurate month-end reports.
- Maintaining organised filing systems.
- Undertaking additional accounting administrative tasks as needed.
About you
- Attention to Detail: Your ability to manage invoices and reconcile accounts with precision is essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You are adept at resolving queries and can handle challenges efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for handling phone calls and coordinating with suppliers and team members.
