KCR Solutions are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for this growing organisation based in Washington.
As an individual it is important that you have good IT skills to include Excel, have great attendtion to detail, be a team player and be a confident communicator.
Duties to include:
- Inputting and processing purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices to purchase orders
- Dealing with invoice queries and offering solutions
- Setting up supplier accounts
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses
- Supporting the finance department as required
You will be working within a small finance team (6) and report to the Management Accountant.
Annual leave 25 days + statutory bank holidays
