Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk – Warwick – £26/30k!
We are recruiting a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk for a highly recognised business based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable & nationally known company who are busy, secure & very welcoming! You will be working in a fantastic office environment, fresh interiors and given a fair salary of around £26-30k depending on experience.
Working as part of a small finance team, you”ll be mainly responsible for management of the Purchase Ledger but occasionally picking up some Sales Ledger activity too. The ideal candidate will have experience working on both sides of the fence!
Duties Will Include:
Registering & processing invoices
Raising payments on the online banking system
Matching invoices off against payments
Dealing with suppliers chasing payment
Monitoring/ reviewing the integrity of the individual Purchase Ledger accounts and supplier account reconciliations
Occasionally picking up occasional Sales Ledger duties including – sending sales invoices, matching up invoices, raising intercompany recharges
Supporting the Financial Controller with their month-end activity
Knowledge of submitting CIS returns would be advantageous
