As a Purchase Ledger, you will work:
08:0030 till 1:30 (hours can be extended for the right candidate
As a Purchase Ledger will be paid:
£12.50 - £13.00ohr
Duties & responsibilities
- Processing high volume of purchase invoices
- Coding invoices to the correct nominal ledger codes
- Obtaining relevant approvals for invoice payments
- Obtaining PODS from suppliers
- Creating GRNS and matching to purchase orders
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to creditors accounts
- Verifying and maintain supplier accounts
- Inbox management
- Scanning of invoices and filing
- Providing cover to the finance department during staff absence
