About The Role
If you want to challenge yourself in a work hard play hard environment with an excellent diverse team, then this is the role for you!
You’ll have a continuous drive to process a high volume of supplier invoices and reduce overdue invoices, to ensure suppliers are paid within their payment terms.
You’ll need to apply a high level of accuracy and attention to detail providing management with updates ensuring queries are escalated and resolved with agreed SLA’s.
This role is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, forward-thinking individual to join a fast-paced department. Working within a small team you will have the scope to get involved in a variety of tasks within the Finance department.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Stock Receipting
- Preparation/creation of payments and remittances
- Coding and posting of Credit and Debit notes
- Verifying supplier details, supplier account management
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Query resolutions
- Creation of payment schedules
A Few Things About You
- Purchase ledger, sales ledger, or finance environment
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Use of accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Strong MS Excel skills - including regular use of formulas
- Adaptable to business requirements daily/weekly/monthly within set deadlines
- Ability to work with minimum supervision & use initiative
- Accurate and eye for detail
- Good team working skills
