CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting our Christchurch, Dorset client who is currently in need of a Purchase Ledger Assistant to support them on a temporary basis to help reduce a back log of work.
Working within a close-knit finance team your responsibilities will include carrying out reconciliations, the processing and allocation of payments from online platforms.
What will the Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant role involve?

• Processing Purchase Ledger invoices on a daily basis;
• Prepare payment runs before manager sign-off;
• Perform regular reconciliations of supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies; 
• Managing any ad hoc duties accordingly.

Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:

• Strong knowledge of transactional accounts including Purchase Ledger;
• Confident user of Excel and accounting systems;
• Good communication skills both written and verbal across, happy to interact across all levels of the business.

• Salary range between £12.50 and £14.50 per hour;

• Opportunity for assignment to be extended or to become permanent.
