Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity and office-working is required Monday to Friday.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks
• Training, guiding and mentoring the Purchase Ledger Clerks as required
• Responding to incoming emails
• Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
• Improving and documenting processes and procedures
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end audits
• Updating the cashflow forecast on a daily basis

You will have the following skills and attributes:

• At least 2 years’ recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity
• A proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team members
• Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• A willingness to work from the office Monday to Friday
