Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity and office-working is required Monday to Friday.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks
- Training, guiding and mentoring the Purchase Ledger Clerks as required
- Responding to incoming emails
- Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
- Improving and documenting processes and procedures
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end audits
- Updating the cashflow forecast on a daily basis
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- At least 2 years’ recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity
- A proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team members
- Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- A willingness to work from the office Monday to Friday
