Our client is a long-standing manufacturing business based in Bridgnorth, who are looking to recruit for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit a strong administrator who is looking to get some experience working in a purchasing department or a candidate with existing purchasing administration experience.

Responsibilities will include;
    

• Inputting orders on to the company system
• Maintain and ensure annual renewal of agreements
• Coordinate issue and renewal of company workwear in accordance of the company policy
• Assist in the stores when needed including stock takes and serving at the counter
• Assist with any on-site events as requested
• All departmental filing
• Assist with creating maintenance orders
• Order and distribute special clothing for employees

Skills & Experience:

• Previous administration experience
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Purchasing administration experience would be beneficial but not essential
• This role would suit someone who has previously worked as an Administrator / Purchasing Administrator / Purchasing Admin
