Our client is a long-standing manufacturing business based in Bridgnorth, who are looking to recruit for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit a strong administrator who is looking to get some experience working in a purchasing department or a candidate with existing purchasing administration experience.
Responsibilities will include;
- Inputting orders on to the company system
- Maintain and ensure annual renewal of agreements
- Coordinate issue and renewal of company workwear in accordance of the company policy
- Assist in the stores when needed including stock takes and serving at the counter
- Assist with any on-site events as requested
- All departmental filing
- Assist with creating maintenance orders
- Order and distribute special clothing for employees
Skills & Experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Purchasing administration experience would be beneficial but not essential
- This role would suit someone who has previously worked as an Administrator / Purchasing Administrator / Purchasing Admin
