Purchasing Administrator
Milton Keynes - hybrid . 37 hours a week
Salary GBP26,(Apply online only) - GBP28,(Apply online only) per annum plus fantastic benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our client in Milton Keynes! This is a key role in working with the Commodity manager, you will support Key Supplier Development activities, risk management process improvement, efficiencies and cost reduction through digitisation working closely with the business teams.
This is the perfect role for someone who has previous experience in a Supply chain, purchasing or procurement and and can build relationships and challenge suppliers whilst raising Purchase Orders and managing quality issues.
Your main duties will include :
Supplier order book managementRaise and purchase orders Admin support for the supply chain functionExpeditingManaging order confirmations from suppliersMicro management of Key poor performing suppliersSupplier management & Risk management supportGap-fill enquiries to distributionApproved Supplier ListQuality IssuesSupport wider Inventory & purchasing teamSub-contracting order managementAd hoc reporting requirements Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
