Purchasing Administrator Ringwood Up to GBP28k per annum DOE
An award winning, industry leader in the field of home improvements are recruiting now for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities Placing new panel orders and extra parts orders. Updating system when deliveries of parts received. Checking to make sure all parts are in before panel deliveries. Requesting Quotes and organising parts for spraying before panel delivery. Preparing survey paperwork for panel deliveries to match list sent by supplier, updating system when panels received, chasing any that have not come in. Liaising with Warehouse regularly for any stock requirements. Pass info along to the Contracts Administrator for Installations Ordering urgent parts for remedial works.
What do you need? 1-2 years minimum purchasing experience within a fast-paced environment. To be excellent with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Fantastic telephone manner - professional Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work at speed. Attention to details. A pleasant disposition
Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to GBP28,000.00 per year
