Working Hours 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Salary - £25 - £30k
Position Temp to Perm

Purchase Ledger Assistant Job Description -
- To post all supplier invoices to the ledger on our software, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders
- To ensure all relevant information is entered on the supplier record including the bank details for payment and payment terms.
- Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
- To do a check of all invoices posted to the ledger to ensure they are posted accurately.
- Review current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiencies and improve working practices
Purchase Ledger Assistant Role Requirements -
Must have -
- Ability to process volumes of transactions
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Able to prioritise and organise work load
- Commercial and business awareness
Desirable:
- Preferably with purchase ledger experience
- Excellent IT skills in Excel/Word
