They seek to recruit for a new Procurement Assistant to join their ever-growing team. Procurement Assistant Responsibilities:

• Raising purchase Orders and sending to suppliers
• Receiving goods in and resolve discrepancies, obtaining and reviewing suppliers
• Expediting orders and managing stock levels
• Communicate with suppliers regarding overdue purchase orders, updating customers
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Resolve invoice queries by communicating with other internal departments
• Suggest changes and processes to reduce waste
• Assist with the purchasing within the business
• Developing supplier relationships and maintain them moving forward
• Monthly stock counts
• Assist with other admin and office duties

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm and 7:00am - 12:30pm FridayRequired Skills & Experience:

• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment accurately
• Ability to work under own initiative and within a small team
• Efficient time management skills
• Previous buying/purchasing skills (Desirable)
