We are currently looking for a QA Manager to join a Contract Research & Drug Development Organisation within the Herefordshire region. As the QA Manager you will also be responsible for managing the Archives, as well as the following activities:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Manage the operations of the Quality Assurance Unit in relation to GLP requirements, ensuring suitable compliance is maintained for the business.
Support the training across departments across the business to GLP regulations.
Recommend appropriate capital expenditure items to Line Managers for approval, under the businesses expenditure control system.
Develop new procedures, processes and KPI's to help departments with internal audits.

1. Relevant experience within a Quality Leadership position.
2. Proven industry experience within a GLP Research organisation.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience within a Quality role in a GLP environment.
