Job Description
The QHSE Advisor will collaborate with the QHSE Manager to uphold high QHSE standards within the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the QHSE Manager in achieving exceptional QHSE performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and other relevant requirements.
- Offer guidance and assistance to operational staff on QHSE matters.
- Provide training and mentorship on various QHSE topics.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Participate in internal QHSE meetings and investigations.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing methods and systems.
- Contribute to fostering a culture that promotes safe work practices and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Qualification in auditing.
- Extensive experience and understanding of management system standards.

Salary
- Salary around GBP40K, potentially up to GBP45K depending on experience (DOE).
