What you’ll do
- Planning and managing the effective, professional, and efficient delegation, flow-through, and completion of Accounts work for clients, including, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies of various sizes.
- Managing and supporting a team of staff to achieve their goals and objectives, ensuring they are developing their skills and capabilities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and colleagues.
- Building relationships with client staff and acting as an ambassador for the firm.
About You:
- You will be a Qualified accountant with a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, ACA) or be Qualified by Experience.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
