Due to recent expansion, Isle of Wight Accountants are looking to recruit a full-time Accounting Technician (AAT qualified) to join the team in our Wootton office. We are a small friendly team and consequently offer a very supportive working environment with further personal development prospects.
The preferred candidate will have experience working in a practice environment although consideration will be given to applicants coming from an industry background.
In addition to the AAT qualification, the successful candidate must be confident using MS Excel and the industry leading bookkeeping packages.
The main tasks consist of preparing:
Accounts
Tax returns – personal and corporate
VAT returns and bookkeeping
Payroll and CIS returns
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
