Qualified Social Worker - Community & Hospital Assessment Team

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Community & Hospital Assessment Team within Barking & Dagenham. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their Social Worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes:

• Experience of working in hospital and Adult Social Care
• Flexible- can be required to visit a client in hospital where required
• Knowledge of legislation, ability to produce a holistic Assessment and good writing skills.

To ideal candidate will have:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
