Loan Kit Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Loan Kit Administrator to join a company based in Maldon on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
This is a fully office-based role with free parking. This position based in an office environment however the role includes working closely with the Warehouse and Stock Control team, therefore you must be happy to pop your head into the Warehouse when needed and if you have a Warehouse or Quality background then this would be an advantage!
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Checking equipment and assessing damages against quality control
- Completing stock checks and investigating issues to maintain stock levels
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Liaising with the warehouse department to keep updated on customer orders
- Maintaining ERP report tools to reflect current progresses
Must have:
- Great use of MS Packages and be computer literate
- Experience in an Administrative/Data Entry role
To be successful for this position, you must have experience within a customer service administration role, with excellent organisation skills. You must also have strong communication skills and have a good eye for detail.
