Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Quality and Risk Manager to join the team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Darlington area

The main duties of the Quality and Risk Manager role include:
- Strengthen and improve the organization's comprehensive quality improvement program in alignment with the organisations corporate vision, governance framework, and operational plan.
- Ensure the hospital's readiness to meet external regulatory inspection standards.
- Collaborate closely with the hospital's senior management team to oversee and provide leadership for the operational management of quality assurance and patient safety, striving to deliver high-Quality and safe care.
- Advocate for and raise awareness about the advantages of effective governance, implementing strategies to enhance hospital staff's understanding of quality processes and regulatory necessities.
- Coordinate and further advance the hospital's clinical governance initiatives, policies, and systems.
- Lead and assist the hospital in achieving a rating of 'good' or higher in CQC/HIS/HIW regulatory inspections.
