Seeking a Quality Assistant for our client in Broughshane
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Comply with Health & Safety management system• Maintain quality accreditation and compliance with ISO:9001, British Standards, and Eurocodes• Perform testing schedule and quality checks• Carry out dimension checks and conduct mould checks• Prepare documentation and records of tests and checks• Monitor product quality and report variations• Contribute to problem-solving and implementing solutions• Work effectively as part of the quality team• Build positive working relationships with operations and office personnel• Adhere to the quality system
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Thoroughness to ensure products meet specifications• IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel• Capability to work in a busy factory environment• Experience in material & concrete testing• Knowledge of the construction/civils industry• Experience in setting out or taking measurements on site• Ability to interpret technical drawings• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills• Willingness to develop expertise in necessary tests
Key Skills Needed
