Quality Assurance Coach

Job Description

Organon in Cramlington, UK is hiring a Quality Assurance Coach to lead and develop a team of QA Associate Specialists and Specialists whose primary focus is to author and review the Annual Reviews for products manufactured and packaged at the Cramlington site, equipment/systems used, and products tested for stability at site.

In this position you will provide quality oversight and direction based on regulatory, global QMS and site QMS requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively build Quality into site / department processes, systems and strategies to enable a state of permanent inspection readiness.
• Lead significant projects liaising with internal and external customers / stakeholders effectively and efficiently, including leading compliance and driving continuous improvement activities.
• Inspire, coach and enable team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or other scientific or statistical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience of managing a team in a GMP environment preferable.
• Strong Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Good written and spoken communication skills and ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and well-organised approach to working.
