Quality Assurance Manager - Claims | Reinsurance | London/WFH

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing Reinsurance company in their search for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Claims Director and have two direct reports.

This is a newly created role for the business where you will be conducting Quality Assurance reviews to ensure that claims handling guidelines are met. The role holder will be working with both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance requirements are met and areas for improvement are identified.

This is a brilliant all-encompassing role where you will have exposure across claims, Quality Assurance, compliance and audit as well as have the senior stakeholder exposure. Working with the Claims Director, where you will be assisting with creating quality standards and developing top tier quality-assurance processes. You will have the opportunity to massively influence this role and bring best practices!

Experience required:

• Must have experience of at least 7 years of Quality Assurance, compliance or audit.
• Must have strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes.
• Must have knowledge of claims processes.
• Must have experience of working in the insurance industry - preferably London insurance market. Exposure to Europe & North America from an insurance perspective would be highly preferred.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to build relationships with varying levels including stakeholders & external parties.
• Proficient in MS Tools.

Please note you are required to work in their London office 2 days a week.
