Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager:

• Lead and mentor the quality engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee the execution of internal and external audits, focusing on compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.

To Qualify for the Quality Manager position:

• Experience in leading and managing quality engineering teams, or knowledge as a Senior Quality Engineer
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis.
• Prior demonstration of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Certification in quality engineering or management (e.g., CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
