Our Biggin Hill based client is a specialist manufacturer of traditional commercial and industrial burners, as well as cutting edge industrial, high efficiency, hydrogen ready condensing boilers.
They are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality professional tojoing them on a full time permanent basis to oversee all QA related duties listed below.
You would report to the Directors and be responsible for managing the documentation for their Quality Management System. Further enhance the impact of quality systems to ensure continual improvement. You must be ISO9001:2015 and MS Office proficient and have prior experience in a similar role.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quality Assurance
- Continually evolve best working practices and procedures to deliver ISO9001:2015 excellence and certification
- Overall responsibility for maintaining the Quality and Procedure Manuals working closely with the department heads.
- Maintain and communicate Limpsfield QMS documentation, ensuring correct versions are recorded and applied.
- Maintain the Risk and Opportunities, Opportunities for Improvements, Calibration, Action Plans, Customer Feedback Logs, Legal Register of Requirements, Draft Documents Logs, QMS Documents Register
- Prepare annual Internal Audit Programme, co-ordinate and conduct Internal Audits
- Monitor BSI Portal
- Prepare and support the auditees on the 6 monthly BSI ISO 9001:2015 Audits
- Resource documentation required for Quarterly Management Review meetings, present and take minutes - follow up agreed actions.
- Log Non-Conformance Reports, review and monitor keeping the NCR log updated. Communicate with Department Heads to ensure Root Cause Analysis, Preventative Actions and Evidence is provided with the NCR s.
- Review Training Manuals ensuring all corresponding training is recorded.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Internal Auditors Certification
- We are looking for someone with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office.
