Our client in Portsmouth, a growing international business with a reputation for excellence, is currently seeking a Quality & Compliance Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.
This is a key and challenging role where you will support the Q&C Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and the quality management of internal policies and procedures.
The Role:
Ensure all documentation is in line with regulatory and best practice requirements.
Document control management, and management of the E-Learning platform
Administration of complaints to ensure escalations are investigated.
Ensure that Data and GDPR policies, processes and procedures are in place.
Monitor any changes to UK Government requirements.
Assisting with data incident management.
Assist with any required audits and record audit results.
Administer a central log of suppliers and supporting documentation.
Support with training & awareness across the business for FCA Conduct Rules.
Ensure the company CPD register is kept up to date at all times.The Person:
Excellent experience of quality and compliance preferably within a regulated industry.
Commercial awareness & a passion for processes.
Understanding of compliance regulations including GDPR, Data, and FCA.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent level of administration with experience of using a range of systems and computer packages, including Microsoft Excel.The Package:
