Responsibilities:
- Maintain all Quality Assurance documents in the Quality Management system, regularly reviewing documents
- Create, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing external customers and as well as internally between departments
- Ensure all documentation aligns directly with the Internal Quality Assurance Manual and ISO 9001
- Collation and creating customer documentation packs for traceability reports and inspection reports
- Log details correctly from investigations, requests and changes
- Ensuring technical information is completed effectively and correctly
- Providing support for the Quality function and the Quality Manager
- Coordinate Internal and External Audits, training, and customer visits
- Overseeing the compliance of internal standards and procedures and retention of records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Experience working in a Quality position, from a manufacturing background
- ISO 9001 experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels of business
- Dependable and adaptable character, with a focus on customer satisfaction and a keen eye for detail
