Job Description:
- Investigate internal and external reports of non-conformance's while developing corrective and preventative actions
- Support the manufacturing department in resolving concerns and advancing quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement teams and projects
- Prepare quality system documentation - quality control plan, flow charts, quality assurance plan, procedures and instructions
- Dimensional, process, and functional testing and auditing
- Assist with internal audit programme to ISO 9001 standard and customer requirements
- Assist other teams in the Quality Department when required
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Experience working in the Quality Department
- Critical thinking mindset
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Undergraduate degree or higher national diploma in Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience
- Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
