Job Description:
- Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO9001.
- Enhance the QMS to increase its effectiveness.
- Rapidly identify the root causes of quality issues and work closely with the production team to implement necessary behavioural, process, and procedural changes to prevent recurrence.
- Act as a key auditor of our quality systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Rigorous implementation of recording, reporting, and managing non-conforming products.
- Ensure that lessons learned from quality issues are acted upon to prevent future occurrences, including modifying processing routes and operating procedures.

- Lead auditing of corrective actions to verify the effectiveness of updated process control documents and ensure that localized training is in place and effective.
- Quarantining non-conforming products in accordance with company procedures.
- Ability to use CAD packages for troubleshooting inspection tasks.
- Proofreading and issuing project-specific technical drawings.

- Capability to work independently or collaboratively in teams with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in conducting thorough root cause analyses and formulating effective preventive action plans.
- Proficient in utilizing problem-solving tools such as 8D, CAPA, 5Why.
- Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on driving process enhancements and preventing future non-conformances.
- Adept at documenting quality-related activities, investigations, and outcomes, with the ability to create clear and concise reports to communicate findings, trends, and improvement recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
- Ability to prepare inspection reports/first article reports.
