This role will involve management of the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team (8-10 staff), ensuring the department processes are followed, but also taking an objective looks at continued areas of non-conformance and establishing plans to improve the production process.

What will you need?
- Supervisor or Team Leader experience in manufacturing - production or quality
