About the role:
As our Quality Inspector – Inbound Goods, you will check and verify the condition, quality and accuracy of goods from our suppliers when they are received at our warehouse.
Responsibilities as our Quality Inspector – Inbound Goods will include
- Assessing all stock deliveries by undertaking visual inspections
- Document verification
- Confirming delivery contents
- Checking product packaging e.g. carton quantity, product dimensions
- Portable Appliance Testing
- Arranging and performing some rectification work
- Working closely with the Product Assurance team to relay product failure information
What we’re looking for in our Quality Inspector – Inbound Goods:
- You must be reliable and flexible in your approach to work
- Numerate and literate, with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
- Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage
