Every rail journey should be safe and on-time.  Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering in trams, metro transit, trains rail rolling stock fleet are the building blocks of passenger safety and the engineering reliability needed for rail safety and passenger timetable expectations.

Quality Manager in the engineering sector, managing quality engineers and quality inspectors, updating the QMS, managing quality accreditations and quality audits, and contributing to continuous improvement across the engineering business.  The Quality Manager job is with a multinational engineering business with high standards, safety critical products, a stable customer base and high value engineering products.

£75,000 plus car, 6% Pension, early finish on Fridays, 25 days leave plus Bank holidays

This Quality Manager role will suit a person with experience of Quality Management Systems ideally in an engineering workplace.  The main parts of the role involve:

·Updating the QMS, writing new policies and procedures, and overseeing quality audits.

·Maintaining industry accreditations and ISO9001.

·Managing Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors.

·Supplier Quality and also customer quality concerns, NCRs and close-out.

£75,000 plus 6% Pension, early finish on Fridays, 25 days leave plus Bank holidays
