Quality Manager And Rp (Qp Training Provided)

Walker Cole International are currently supporting a Midlands-based Pharmaceutical business with their search for a Quality Manager and RP. As Head of Quality you will provide leadership and support to the site whilst ensuring GMDP compliance for the business and also offers QP training, sponsored by the company

You will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring their overall training and development
• Overseeing both clinical and commercial batch release for product manufactured on site.
• Acting as the Responsible Person for the site, being named on their WDA license
• Hosting both client audits and regulatory inspections

You must have:

• A Life Sciences degree (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience working within a GMDP environment in the Pharmaceutical industry (eligibility to begin QP training course)
• Experience as a named Responsible Person on a WDA license
• Significant experience leading and developing a team
