Partner with the best

The Quality Manager will be responsible for driving improvement into the Quality management system with primary focus on supporting the Montrose COE, Nailsea COE, MDC and projects

As a Quality Manager , you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating root cause analysis when detected nonconformities with focus on minimizing variation, adherence to requirements and repeatability with
  • Identifying areas of improvement from audit, team engagement and QMS data.
  • Driving and executing continuous improvement within the plant through data analysis
  • Ensuring the site-specific documents are up-to-date and aligned with the global documents.
  • Coordinating with Global team on internal and external audit
  • Driving and executes improvement and accountability towards achieving key quality performance indicators goals and metrics with other functions

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess considerable experience in a Quality Management role focusing on QMS
  • Have a relevant degree in engineering.
  • Be Familiar with ISO 9001 Standards
  • Have effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives .
