Quality Manager
Based out of Colten House, Ringwood, BH24 3FE
40 hours a week plus on call requirements
Salary: £68,000 plus car allowance and bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager, equipped with a Nursing background to join our team and lead the way in maintaining excellent quality. As a Quality Manager, and Registered Nurse you will ensure that our homes maintain company standards and legislative regulations, while continuously striving for improvement in quality of care.
About You:
You will have a strong background in quality management in the healthcare sector, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work alongside operational teams, home managers, and external agencies. Your proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement, and your ability to provide guidance and support, will be crucial in driving quality initiatives across our organisation.
About the Job:
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits to monitor compliance with company and legislative standards. You will evaluate and report on quality metrics and develop quality improvement plans. Working closely with the Operations team and Home Managers, you will ensure the quality improvement plan in each home, foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will support managers and teams through coaching, training, and the development through quality workshops and in person support. Collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer, you will assist in investigations into complaints and contribute to operational projects.
