Location: Easton Lane, Winchester / Coldharbour Depot Aylesford - some remote working available with travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Responsibilities
As a Quality and Performance Manager, you'll manage all reporting and analysis within Highways England's Collaborative Performance Framework, identifying areas for improvement. You will support operational teams in implementing continuous improvements and provide leadership on process and lean improvement projects. Additionally, you will strengthen collaborative relationships with the Supply Chain Community and internal stakeholders.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure the Information Management System, SharePoint system and Enterprise Content Management is compliant with all relevant ISO standards
- Manage and coordinate the Quality Audit programme, providing audit reports to the Client
- Conduct regular internal audits, process reviews, and proactively manage all non-conformities and corrective actions
- Compile the annual SHEA plan
- Lead by example as the named Quality Manager under the terms of the Area 3 contract

- Computer literate with competent ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Enthusiasm/desire towards working within the transportation industry
