We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Supervisor within our Site Lead Team.

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

Leading and overseeing the quality controllers and ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all aspects of the production process. They will also ensure all products meet or exceed customer requirements and maintain the integrity of the production process.

What you are already great at:

  • Manage and supervise the Quality Controllers.

  • Responsible for tracking and reporting quality concerns identified.

  • Assist in root cause, containment and corrective actions for all quality related issues in the manufacturing facility.

  • Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the production process.

  • Train and supervise staff on quality assurance practices.

  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and protocol.

  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

  • Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of finished products.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and coordinate internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.

For this role we would need you to demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience working in an ISO compliant environment.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices

  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies such as lean and six sigma is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in using computer software to generate reports, presentations, and data analysis (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems-EFACS).

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with quality engineers and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Qualified internal auditor or lead auditor certification is a plus.
