The Role
My client, a global energy services company, as a Quality Assurance Manager and lead a team to ensure products meet quality standards, customer expectations, and comply with national/international regulations. Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the quality assurance system in compliance with ISO9001:2015.
- Set and achieve business objectives related to quality management, generating reports for performance improvement.
- Advise on quality assurance matters internally and externally, considering budgetary control and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers.
- Direct and manage the day-to-day work of the quality assurance department, ensuring communication and training align with organizational needs.
- Comply with the client's Quality Policy and all relevant procedures.
The Candidate
- Ideally 3-7+ years of related experience.
- Follow safety rules and company policies.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
