Quality Support - Night Shift

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip company, responsible for the manufacture of PG Tips, is currently looking for a person to join their Quality Control team on Night Shifts, based at Trafford Park, Manchester. This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 3 months, this will be reviewed at the end of month 3, with the possibility that this will be extended. Pay rate is £12.19 an hours

Shift time is 20:50pm to 07:00am Monday to Friday

Your Key Tasks:

Quality Support

• Quality data collection, analysis, and review in factory projects, for continuous improvement purposes.
• Checks non-conformances investigation, coordinates root cause analysis and supports implementation of corrective actions
• Reports Quality defects with UKI warehouses, play an active role in solving the non-conformances, or initiate rework, destructions, and donations.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in foods industry ideally in a manufacturing-based role
• Experience is using Excel / SAP
• Ability to work in a cross-function team
• Actions oriented.
• Excellent organisation, Rigorous, attention to details
