Quality Systems Manager, This permanent career opportunity is for an experienced Quality Manager who can evidence working within the automotive or aerospace sectors. This permanent full-time role does require proven auditor certification and relevant skills, with proven knowledge of IATF 16949 certification and ISO 9001:2015. Based in Wiltshire, this position is based on a Monday to Friday basis, working a day shift.

Offering an annual salary range between £40,000 - £50,000, this high-profile role seeks a responsible and committed Quality Manager who can maintain an existing QM System, be responsible for assessing NCR’s, and correcting and implementing improvements on all quality assurance processes and procedures for this global manufacturer.

Working in collaboration with the senior management team, production, and engineering teams, responsible for ensuring the provision of critical quality assurance. Working with production to develop quality control plans, providing guidance and support to production staff in all areas of problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action.

As Quality Systems Manager you are responsible for analysing and evaluating the quality of automotive products and components across the business to ensure industry standards are retained. You will be able to collate and analyse data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with suppliers to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications, communicating effectively with other departments, producing complex reports and documentation using Excel and Word, with additional skills gained in Outlook and SharePoint.

This is an exciting career opportunity that requires previous quality management skills and experience, best suited to a candidate who can demonstrate the necessary skills. You may have attained a Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical or Industrial Engineering which would be a benefit to this role.
