Form of workWe are recruiting on behalf of our Hereford based client who requires a Quality Technician to join their busy team on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting product quality, as well as identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.
What you can expect with this role:
- Immediate start
- Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm with occasional requirement for 2pm – 10pm
- Full training given
- Car parking on site
What you will be doing:
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process
- Record results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities
- Identify and communicate any quality issues to Line Manager for corrective action
- Follow established quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
