The Quantity Surveyor Role
The chosen Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role within a team of 15 dedicated specialists, including Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agents, Building Surveyors, and Architects.
With a robust and diverse portfolio, this consultancy offers a wealth of industry exposure, ideal for a Quantity Surveyor keen on making a significant impact in their career, working across all sectors of the built environment such as Industrial (inclusive of Warehouses & Sheds), Education, Hospitality, and Residential sectors, amongst others.
This consultancy is known for offering a comprehensive range of client services, including Dispute Resolution, Adjudications, Employers Agent, and Project Monitoring roles. It represents a remarkable chance for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor eager to broaden their expertise and become a highly skilled professional across the multifaceted landscape of Quantity Surveying.
The new Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with Chartered Senior Professionals who are committed to nurturing talent. They offer invaluable guidance, mentorship, and support through the APC process, with several team members currently engaged in this professional development pathway.
The Quantity Surveyor
Will have:
- RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
- QS Experience within a Consultancy environment
- Valid UK Driving License
- Confident & Client Facing
- Pre & Post Contract Experience ideally
