In this role, you will seamlessly balance office and site responsibilities in the vibrant Islington, London area. Your key responsibilities will involve precisely pricing tender inquiries through on-site visits, comprehensive condition surveys, and meticulous measurement of works as needed. Monthly valuations and accounts management, including thorough documentation for variations, will be essential to ensure project success.
Main Duties:
- Price tender inquiries with on-site visits, detailed condition surveys, and precise measurements.
- Monthly valuations/accounts management, ensuring comprehensive documentation for variations.
- Negotiate subcontractor rates, ensuring all safety requirements are met.
- Provide clients with precise price estimates for additional works.
- Assist in completing contract performance assessment sheets.

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License.
- Quantity Surveying Qualification.
- Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role in the construction industry.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Confident in building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday.
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- 40 Hour Working Week.
- 1 Hour Lunch Break.
