Quantity Surveyor

Paragon resource Solutions are aiding a respected multi-disciplinary organisation in their search for a capable Quantity surveyor to join their commercial team. Primarily based on site near to Ipswich.

You'll contribute your skills to a significant project in Suffolk. This role is ideal for an existing Quantity Surveyor and paying up to £65,000 plus package.

In this role, you'll handle subcontract procurement, meticulous cost planning and control, financial progress reporting, and client relationship management. Collaboration is essential, and you'll work closely with a team of motivated professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional projects.

As the ideal candidate, you possess excellent relationship-building skills, an analytical mind-set impeccable organisational abilities, and a creative problem-solving aptitude. Your resilience and leadership qualities make you a role model for others.

You will also have:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, working on projects in the range of £5-10 million
• A strong commercial background, ideally in a Highways environment
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Previous exposure to COINS software is an advantage
