Key Responsibilities:- Project Cost Management: Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control across various sectors.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts, variations, and claims.
- Quantity Takeoffs: Accurately measure and quantify materials and resources required for projects.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks related to project costs and schedules.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies, contractors, and project teams.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in quantity surveying, preferably across government and private sector projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
