Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for diverse construction projects
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost benefit analyses
- Monitor project costs meticulously to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Collaborate closely with project teams to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities
- Review and skillfully negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Expertly evaluate and manage project risks associated with cost control
- Deliver insightful progress reports and financial forecasts for management's perusal
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar capacity
- Profound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and associated costs
- Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge cost estimating software and tools
- Exceptional analytical prowess and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accuracy
- Superb communication and negotiation abilities
Additional Information:
- Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
- Salary: Monthly/Annual (to be discussed based on experience)
- Location - Lancashire
